Change Management

ModiFlex is a module integrated into @UDROS which brings advanced features for change impact management. It allows the company to:

  - Better formalise and control its changes
  - Help people in charge of changes participate, anticipate and be informed
  - Trace the history of products, components and impact evolution.
  - Control interchangeabilities between the elements of a BOM
  - Better organise maintenance operations for customer service

With ModiFlex, it is possible to define and propagate a change order on a selection of BOMs. In this way, the product structure can keep all the evolution logs.

Several kinds of change are possible:
  - Change of major/minor revision number
  - Follow-up of applicability dates by component
  - Follow-up of applicability dates by component in BOMs
  - Capability to define groups interchangeability according to date or batches or serial numbers
  - Capability to define several applicability dates on a BOM (Design Department date, Method date, Production date, etc…)
