@UDROS the main element at the heart of the COMMON SOURCE OF BUSINESS DATA, manages and secures all documents, operations and data relating to the product lifecycle.
The management of documents, files and applications, the automation of industrial procedures and the automatic creation of documentation enables organizations to improve their productivity.

Without @UDROS, communications between an organization's different departments are not structured. Communications management between these various departmets, as well as respect of company procedures, depends on the goodwill of each one because rights of access to the information are managed in a limited and rigid way.
With @UDROS on the other hand, all of the organization's different actors work within the same reference frame using a single database, which is displayable with a trade view specific to each one. Rights of access are dynamic according to project status, whilst customized management of modifications and version changes ensures that procedures are respected. |

The structure management unit named "ModelShape" makes it possible to create a storage network of the organization’s know-how, enabling it to link the documentary structure with the product structure. It is also possible to connect all types of other structures (catalogs, specifications, suppliers, options, offers etc.).
@UDROS' flexibility and adaptability (legacy, multiple fields, language dictionaries) enables it to create automatic or supported configurators, as well as applications aimed at the engineering, administrative or commercial departments of the company.
Macro-language
This flexibility is increased further with the possibility of integrating macro users written in simple language i.e. @upl (@Udros Programming Language) . This macro language, together with a powerful trigger system, makes it possible to automate a whole series of tasks in exchange for a reduced capture of information.
@UPL communicates with the norms and standards already used in an organization e.g. ERP, LOTUS NOTES and EXCHANGE. Furthermore, AUPL is a language which functions over the Internet and is inter-operable.
5 tier architecture
The @UDROS Version 6 is full Java and based on multi-tier architecture.
@UDROS 6 is compatible in ASP mode (application hosting) and can function on remote sites.
