Project Management and follow-up

FlowBoard is a complementary module for @UDROS. It is used to organise a project in terms of all the work and documents required, where it is necessary to carry them out within strict deadlines.

FlowBoard can be completely broken down into parameters and can manage concepts of time, current project status, process, commitments made, percentages achieved to date etc.

Each member of the project team can link documents to different task lists and triggers then attach a @UPL macro.

FlowBoard has a bidirectional interface with Microsoft Project™. It can generate automatic graphs and upload modifications in the planning dates of planification.

In addition, it is possible to generate Word reports and to compile several projects in Excel.
