Assetium, PDM software editor since 1993:
2007 - The PDM range "ready to use" @udrosXpress is aimed at Design Departments using SolidWorks, Catia v5, Solid Edge, Pro/E or Inventor. Assetium announces a new CAD connector for Inventor 2008 and introduces its customers to the latest version of @udros v6.2 during the 2007 Kickoff.
2006 - Assetium organises the first @UDROS Kickoff bringing together more than 100 customers and partners in Lyon. On this occasion, innovations of version 6.1 will be presented, amongst which are: FormaFlow, DocBundle, DocStar for Frontpage, Structures Copy, etc. In total, more than 150 improvements!
2005 - Assetium launches @udrosWorks, a "ready-to-use" PDM software application dedicated to SMBs using SolidWorks. Assetium presents several new modules for @UDROS such as eCatalog, Modiflex, JCADI, Solid Edge and CATIA interfaces as well as DocRouting.
2004 - A third associate joins the management team, replacing Rand Software, to develop the distribution and technical channel with new partners. ASSETIUM wants to focus on software writing and to move to a 100% indirect sales strategy. In addition, ASSETIUM presents FlowBoard, an @UDROS solution for project management.
2003 - ASSETIUM presents multiple tools for processing the documentary chain (PDF, WORD and EXCEL). In addition, ASSETIUM launches FlowNet a workflow application for documents and electronic signature treatment.
2002 - The lead group presents and premieres its new version 6: Audros becomes @UDROS and is completely built around Internet technologies. Minor versions are released every month. Partnership agreements between ASSETIUM and service companies for implementing Audros or supplying additional modules are signed.
2001 - The founder of Audros, together with a former member of the development team, acquires 51% of Rand Software’s assets. Rand Software becomes A7IUM (its commercial name is ASSETIUM).
2000 - Development teams are installed in countries with emerging economies. Their mission is to produce software for the company at low production cost.
1999 - Following a reorganization of the group, all software production activities, in particular those of Rand Software, are transferred to an international Research and Development Centre located in Ireland. The founder of Audros takes charge of these production activities in Ireland.
1997 - The company in its entirety joins the Rand Worldwide group (www.rand.com) a Canadian company specialized in the installation of CADCAM solutions for industrial markets. Audros Technologie becomes Rand Software.
1995 - The risk capital company Inovacom, a subsidiary of France Telecom, acquires an interest in Audros Informatique. Audros Informatique becomes Audros Technologie.
1993 - Audros Informatique, a limited liability company, is founded following a PHD thesis presented at the “Ecole Centrale” in Lyon on the theme of technical and documentary data management. In particular, it establishes Audros software.
