Automate your business processes with FlowNet!

The validation process of documents or procedures can require the implementation of a workflow system in the company. FlowNet allows you to ensure that each collaborator is automatically informed by email with a message containing a link to the information about the current process.

FlowNet dramatically reduces search and document validation times, facilitates communication and exchanges between the different collaborators often situated in geographically remote offices or sites.

A workflow model is defined by the administrator using a graphic tool allowing him to draw the different steps (input, intermediary, output), a workflow path (in parallel, serial, or loop steps), and the action descriptions. Each model is then associated to an object class in @UDROS: for instance, a process could only be launched on CAD type documents!

FlowNet relies entirely on the company messaging system and on collaborators email to create validation processes or procedures. The use of links in the message body allow you to directly access information related to the process (data, attached documents, progress status...). Collaborators therefore remain in their usual work environment. The follow-up of completed steps can be accessed by authorised persons from the «Progress» tab. An Excel report is automatically updated for each decision and attached to the process.

Finally, thanks to the use of standard features by @UPL (@UDROS Programming Language), the application enables you to trigger customized actions at each step of the process: status change, PDF conversion, electronic signature.

... and associate a Web form with FormaFlow (option)

Some processes, such as change requests, launch requests, etc... can require you to fill in one or several documents during their execution. As the steps are progressively completed, each collaborator has to fill specific parts of the document.

FormaFlow answers these needs by associating the capabilities of FlowNet to the simplicity of using and customizing an HTML form!

Perfectly integrated with FlowNet, the optional module FormaFlow allows:
